Thank you for your interest in our services. Here are our standard Terms of Engagement.
- Once started, service provision will be continuous until either party advises the other of their intention to terminate the arrangement. A minimum of three month's notice of termination is required. This does not apply to clients who purchase a bank of hours, whose services will expire on the expiration of those hours.
- The scope of the service is flexible and may be re-negotiated at any time. The fee will be adjusted accordingly.
- Please note that I reserve the right to review and amend my fees each year (from January 1st) and you shall be notified in advance of any such changes.
- Fees are calculated on an annual, monthly or hourly basis and, in all cases, are payable in advance.
- Reimbursable expenses (e.g. business trips that involve travel outside of Greater London) shall be re-charged at cost.
- We are able to engage the services and to deal with third party suppliers on your behalf. However, please note that you remain responsible for their fees, even where we have recommended and engaged them on your behalf. In some circumstances, we may request that you make available to us the required funds to meet their fees in full, in advance of said services or supplies.
- Please note that in recommending the services of any 3rd party service providers or suppliers, we do not accept any liability for their acts or omissions and any recommendations are made in good faith, without the intention of excluding your own right to make an independent choice. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure that we source and recommend services and products that meet your expectations.
- You hereby agree to indemnify us (and any parties acting as our agents) from all claims, losses, expenses and fees (including legal fees) that may be incurred on your behalf and that may result from any actions directly or indirectly resulting from the assistance and/or advice that we have provided to you, including assistance and/or advice not provided.
- You may be assured that any information held on your files shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties without your prior consent.
